Eligibility Guidelines
We believe in compassion first and verification later. You don’t have to prove your veteran status, disability, or service dog certification to apply. We trust your honesty and will only verify details if your request moves forward for funding.
Who We Help
Veterans and individuals living with disabilities who rely on a service dog for daily independence or emotional well-being.
Handlers and owners of service dogs that assist with mobility, PTSD, seizure alerts, or medical and emotional support — regardless of where the dog was trained.
Individuals or families facing financial hardship and needing help with urgent or essential veterinary care.
Applicants within the United States receiving care from a licensed veterinary clinic.
How It Works
